Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build loyal personal client bases through consistent acquisition, development, and retention of customers
- Exceed individual and brand sales and service targets
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the store selling team and provide strategic recommendations to management on marketing opportunities and assortment
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
- Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Engage regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and direct mail regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues in compliance with company guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum

- Minimum two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Makeup artistry or aesthetics certificate (may be required for certain brands)
- Prior luxury retail sales experience (preferred)
