Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and sales experiences to all clientele
- Exceed all personal and brand sales targets and service objectives
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through client acquisition, relationship development, and customer retention
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team
- Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales management
- Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, and making assortment recommendations
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge, vendor, and company seminars
- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and digital channels regarding events, merchandise requests, follow-ups, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on matters outside standard guidelines
- Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently
