Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional service to all customers and resolve service issues in compliance with guidelines
- Exceed personal and brand sales targets through strategic client acquisition, development, and retention
- Build and cultivate a loyal personal client base through proactive outreach via phone, mail, and electronic communication
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team and maintain collaborative relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
- Drive brand sales through identification of marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations
- Attend all mandatory educational sessions including product knowledge, vendor training, and Holt Renfrew seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Minimum two years of sales experience in a commission-based or luxury retail environment
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required depending on brand assignment
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
