Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support consistently to all clients
- Exceed personal and brand-level sales and service targets
- Develop and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, relationship development, and retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales management
- Identify marketing opportunities and drive brand sales through event execution and assortment recommendations
- Attend all product knowledge sessions, vendor trainings, and company seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Maintain regular client communication via phone, email, and mail regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, and follow-up
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate concerns outside guidelines to sales management
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in commission-based environments
- Highly collaborative with strong team-oriented work style
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum two years of experience in commission-based sales
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Bilingual French and English fluency (stated in French section)
