Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and sales experiences consistently to all customers
- Exceed all personal and brand sales targets and service objectives
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through continuous customer acquisition, relationship development, and client retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the entire store selling team
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling management
- Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities, executing events, and providing assortment recommendations to store management
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge, vendor, and company seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, follow-ups, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on matters outside standard guidelines
- Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs
- Minimum two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (preferred for Montreal location)

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.60 to CAD 25.25 per hour.
