Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently extraordinary service and sales experiences to all customers across multiple touchpoints
- Exceed all personal sales and service objectives, as well as brand-specific sales targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through continuous customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Share advanced product knowledge and expertise with the entire store selling team
- Maintain solid working relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales management
- Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing events, and making assortment recommendations to store management
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge training, vendor seminars, and Holt Renfrew corporate training programs
- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding in-store events, product requests, follow-up services, and customer milestones
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with sales management on complex matters outside standard guidelines
- Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and cybersecurity measures
- Perform additional assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently
- Highly collaborative work style; ability to work effectively with and through others in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring multitasking with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs
- Minimum two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated mindset
- Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English
