Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consistent service to all customers and build a loyal personal client base through customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention
- Exceed all individual and brand-specific sales and service targets
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
- Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing events, recommending assortments, and communicating suggestions to store management
- Attend all educational sessions, including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with management on matters outside standard guidelines
- Comply with all health and safety, privacy, regulatory, and cybersecurity policies and requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Minimum two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment preferred
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated disposition
