Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers and exceed sales and service goals
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through proactive client acquisition and relationship development
- Attend all educational sessions on product knowledge, vendor partnerships, and company initiatives
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support duties
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and electronic channels regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, and personalized follow-ups
- Resolve customer service issues independently or in partnership with management as needed
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and cybersecurity measures
- Proactively stay informed on new merchandise deliveries and fashion trends to maximize selling potential
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in commission-based luxury sales environment
- Consistent sales performance with demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
- Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to build personal brand and act as fashion influencer
- Skilled at using multiple technology channels to strengthen relationships and drive client acquisition
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories
- Proactive approach to staying informed on new merchandise and market developments
