Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service and exceed all personal sales and service targets
- Develop and cultivate a loyal personal client base through customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Share expert-level product knowledge with entire store selling team and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling management
- Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing events, and recommending assortment; communicate suggestions to store management regularly
- Attend all educational sessions, including product knowledge seminars, vendor training, and company-sponsored development programs
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and special occasions
- Resolve customer service issues independently and escalate matters outside guidelines to selling management
- Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Minimum two years' experience in commission-based sales
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
