Holt Renfrew Concierge position in Mississauga, ON—deliver luxury guest services across multiple channels in a prestigious retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service and act as a client ambassador to all Holt Renfrew patrons
- Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and inventory locations
- Resolve standard customer service issues in accordance with policy
- Manage incoming inquiries and requests via in-person kiosk, telephone, and email
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours
- Process gift cards for all internal and external clients
- Support the client services department as required
- Serve as a POS super user and provide support to the sales floor
- Develop and maintain effective relationships within the concierge community to enhance service delivery
- Build and nurture relationships with external concierge vendors including florists, ticket brokers, car rental services, and restaurants
- Maintain expert knowledge of the finest local establishments and attractions within the city
- Attend concierge events and information sessions
- Assist with and participate in store events, including list creation, ticket collection, and RSVP management
- Ensure plasma screen content remains current and relevant
- Respond to all event-related inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
