Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth through strategic client relationship management and product recommendations
- Exceed personal and brand-specific sales targets and KPIs in a commission-based compensation structure
- Develop and retain a loyal personal client base through continuous prospecting, client engagement, and retention strategies
- Share expert-level product knowledge with the selling team and mentor colleagues on K-Beauty category expertise
- Drive brand visibility and sales through identification of marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations
- Attend all mandatory educational sessions including product knowledge seminars, vendor training, and Holt Renfrew brand workshops
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price modifications, and sales support activities to maintain store standards
- Maintain proactive client communication via phone, mail, and digital channels regarding events, merchandise, birthday recognition, and post-sale follow-up
- Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and escalate matters outside established guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with privacy policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a retail environment
- Minimum two years of documented experience in a commission-based sales role
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Fluency in English; French fluency required for certain locations
- Makeup artistry certificate or aesthetics credential may be required depending on assigned brand portfolio
- Prior experience in luxury retail sales preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 25.25 per hour.
