Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers, generating loyalty and repeat business
- Exceed personal sales and service goals and targets through strategic client engagement
- Achieve brand sales and volume objectives established by management and vendor partnerships
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through proactive customer acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Demonstrate and share expert-level product knowledge with the entire store selling team
- Maintain productive relationships with buying teams, vendors, and store management
- Identify and execute key marketing opportunities, events, assortment recommendations, and drive brand visibility through routine communication with store leadership
- Attend and actively participate in all educational sessions, including product knowledge seminars, vendor training, and company-sponsored learning initiatives
- Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related point-of-sale support activities
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding in-store events, merchandise availability, sales follow-up, and special occasions
- Resolve all customer service inquiries independently and escalate complex issues to selling management in accordance with guidelines
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in commission-based environments
- Minimum two or more years of commission-based sales experience
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong competitive drive and self-motivation
- High degree of self-confidence and personal initiative
- Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum two or more years of demonstrated success in a commission-based sales environment. Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury goods setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required.
