The Dishwasher ensures that dishes, utensils, cookware and cutlery used in Holt Renfrew’s café or restaurant are spotless, and maintains clean, orderly kitchen and food-preparation areas. Role & Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery using appropriate equipment.
- Ensure dishwashing equipment reaches the required heat settings under Board of Health requirements.
- Wash and sterilize food preparation surfaces at the end of the workday.
- Store cleaned items appropriately.
- Maintain a separate area for used items awaiting cleaning.
- Dispose of food waste appropriately.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements.
Qualifications
