The Esthetician provides facial and other skin treatments to client specifications and Holt Renfrew standards, recommends products, builds a personal clientele and supports sales and promotional activity. The role is full-time and pays CAD 17.95–31.50 per hour, with final compensation varying by skills, qualifications, performance and local market conditions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide facials and other skin treatments using specialized products and techniques, in line with department standards and client specifications.
- Recommend suitable products based on analysis of client needs.
- Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty.
- Carry out promotions as directed by the Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers.
- Follow up with clients on services provided.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Send thank-you notes to all first-time clients.
- Complete treatments thoroughly and professionally according to schedule.
- Perform stock-keeping duties as required.
- Keep treatment cabins neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Partner with designated Beauty Advisors to book clients and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with all counters to achieve mutual goals.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Professional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Education
