Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients across both new and existing accounts
- Achieve and exceed personal and brand-level sales targets through consultative selling and client acquisition
- Develop and maintain a loyal personal client base through proactive communication and targeted engagement
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team and provide recommendations on assortment and marketing opportunities
- Attend all mandatory educational sessions covering product knowledge, vendor briefings, and company training seminars
- Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and related sales support activities
- Maintain regular client contact through phone, email, and direct mail regarding events, merchandise requests, and relationship management
- Address customer service issues with discretion and escalate complex matters to management as needed
- Ensure full compliance with privacy policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in commission-based sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results
- Makeup artistry or aesthetics certification may be required depending on brand assignment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Experience
Minimum two years of proven experience in a commission-based sales environment, with prior luxury retail sales experience strongly preferred.
Education
