Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build a loyal personal client base through continuous client acquisition, relationship development, and retention strategies
- Exceed personal, brand, and departmental sales and service targets consistently
- Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge and share specialized expertise across the selling team
- Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and related sales support activities
- Develop and implement personalized client communication strategies via phone, email, and in-store engagement regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-up services
- Identify and capitalize on key marketing opportunities and assortment recommendations; communicate strategic suggestions to store management
- Attend all educational sessions including product training, vendor seminars, and company development programs
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management
- Resolve customer service issues independently and escalate complex matters to selling management as needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment (preferred)
- Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate (may be required for specific brands)
