The Inventory Integrity Supervisor oversees cycle counting, inventory analysis, reconciliation, and associate training to improve store inventory accuracy. The role partners with store operations and sales leaders, coordinates follow-up on discrepancies and operational tasks, and supports compliance; full-time, with an annual hiring range of CAD 63,066.66–77,200.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute scheduled store cycle counts in partnership with the Operations Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and SSC Operations Team.
  • Identify inventory trends proactively and schedule cycle counts when appropriate.
  • Conduct cycle counts with support from the Inventory Integrity Associate.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Integrity Associate in investigating discrepancies after cycle counts.
  • Review cycle-count trends, present findings, and develop action plans with the Inventory Integrity Associate for store leadership.
  • Support team workflows to ensure cycle counts and follow-up resolution are completed on time.
  • Share results and develop action plans with Sellers and Sales Leaders, including Sales Managers and Group Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate resolution of outstanding operational tasks affecting inventory integrity, such as aged in-transit items, outstanding CTS, and unprocessed e-commerce returns.
  • Maintain documentation following cycle counts or adjustments in accordance with process.
  • Provide weekly cycle-count updates to the Operations Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and General Manager.
  • Support inventory investigations and analysis, including negative on-hand and hand-keyed reports.
  • Provide employees with task-specific inventory-management coaching and training in cycle counts, inventory counts, and inventory dispute resolution.
  • Participate in national and SSC workshops to share learning and develop best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5+ years of retail experience, with specific knowledge of inventory awareness, including receiving goods, stock movements, inventory counts, and sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repetitive tasks.
  • Comfort with inventory mathematics, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, FIORI, and CTS App is an asset.
