Role & Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of $1.5 million in annual sales through full commission structure
- Sell and style the entire store inventory to customers across all categories
- Cultivate new customers and integrate them into the Holt Renfrew clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and styling expertise tailored to individual customer needs
- Maintain private shopping suites and areas to luxury visual standards
- Deliver Holt Renfrew's signature 'Create the Extraordinary' sales and service experience consistently
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through continuous acquisition, development, and engagement
- Maintain and regularly update customer profiles and information within Holt Renfrew systems
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge, vendor, and brand seminars
- Provide on-site and off-site selling and service to clients
- Communicate regularly with personal customers via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding events, merchandise, birthdays, and follow-up
- Partner with management to coordinate with Buying and Exclusive Services Teams to ensure alignment with customer needs
