Holt Renfrew seeks a Personal Shopping Assistant in Toronto to support luxury clienteling operations with administrative coordination and client service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and maintain the Personal Shopper's calendar, coordinating all client appointments and ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency
- Review and process all correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations and communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Personal Shopper via telephone and email, maintaining superior customer service standards and ensuring professional, timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate Personal Shopper client profiles and databases, tracking and interpreting data to ensure information integrity and accessibility
- Prepare and coordinate merchandise, materials, and styling resources for all client appointments, adhering to brand presentation standards
- Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds, and ancillary services as required by clients
- Maintain the personal shopping suites to all Store Readiness requirements, including housekeeping, merchandising standards, and facility maintenance
- Execute loss prevention protocols and contribute to the reduction of inventory shrinkage
- Attend product knowledge sessions and training to develop expertise in luxury brands and services
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing administrative roles.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.95 to CAD 29.25 per hour.
