Holt Renfrew seeks bilingual Personal Shopping Assistant in Vancouver; part-time support role managing client services, scheduling, and operations for luxury retail clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and maintain the Personal Shopper's calendar and all client appointments
- Review and manage correspondence, including drafting and producing official client invitations
- Serve as phone and email liaison on behalf of the Personal Shopper while maintaining professional communication standards
- Maintain and update Personal Shopper client profiles and data, ensuring accuracy and actionability
- Prepare and coordinate merchandise and materials for client appointments in compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate ancillary services including alterations, product transfers, merchandise holds, and special requests
- Maintain merchandising standards in Personal Shopping suites and on the sales floor
- Ensure suites meet all store readiness requirements and housekeeping protocols
- Implement loss prevention measures to reduce or eliminate shrinkage
- Attend product knowledge sessions to develop expertise and support the Personal Shopper effectively
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet platforms
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred, though not required. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with luxury retail environments and customer service excellence.
