Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional service and product expertise to all customers
- Exceed personal sales targets and brand sales objectives on a regular basis
- Build and retain a loyal personal clientele through continuous prospecting and relationship management
- Share in-depth product knowledge with the broader store selling team to elevate advisory capability
- Identify and capitalize on key merchandising and event opportunities to stimulate brand sales
- Maintain collaborative relationships with buyers, vendors, and sales management
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding in-store events, product requests, follow-ups, and occasions
- Execute visual merchandising, floor recovery, pricing changes, and inventory-related support tasks
- Attend all mandatory educational sessions, vendor trainings, and internal seminars to maintain product mastery
- Resolve customer service issues independently and escalate complex concerns to sales management
- Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cyber security policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
- Minimum two years' prior experience in commission-based sales
- Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment strongly preferred
- Expert-level product knowledge capability and ability to master complex product portfolios

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Fluency in both French and English (bilingual proficiency required)

Experience
