Role & Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary experiences for every client through attentive, personalized service
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships and maintain engagement across the selling season
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and service metrics
- Demonstrate product and style expertise across luxury brand offerings
- Participate in ongoing product and brand education to stay current with collections and trends
- Provide personalized product recommendations and style consultation to clients
- Support visual merchandising, product presentation, and selling-floor merchandising activities
- Resolve client concerns and inquiries with care, discretion, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a retail or luxury environment
- Strong client relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and personal style development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for the entire seasonal selling period from October 2026 through January 2027
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or sales experience in a fashion or luxury environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a capacity to build client relationships and maintain consistent performance against sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 20 per hour.
