Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and customer service goals while resolving complex customer issues
- Recruit, select, hire, and onboard high-caliber retail talent
- Lead, motivate, and retain a team of high-performing sales associates through coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with store management to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experience
- Communicate performance standards and goals; provide ongoing coaching to drive behavioral success
- Model leadership that fosters open communication, employee development, and trust
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance across the department
- Oversee Designated Sales Associate/Consultant (DSA/DSC) program partnerships with vendors
- Recognize exceptional performance and develop corrective action plans for underperforming team members
- Build and grow an active store client base through relationship and loyalty programming
- Serve as manager-in-charge as required
- Maintain premium merchandise presentation standards
- Evaluate inventory performance and develop improvement strategies
- Participate in seasonal planning and identify business development opportunities

Skills
Experience
5+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail, with documented success driving sales performance and leading teams in a customer-focused environment. Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary business education or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 63,700 to CAD 107,000 per annum.
