The Seasonal Concierge welcomes clients, handles inquiries and client needs, processes gift cards, provides point-of-sale support, and supports holiday events at Holt Renfrew. This seasonal position for Holiday 2026 offers $18–$20 CAD per hour and requires flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an extraordinary level of service.
- Serve as a trusted resource for store information, products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Resolve client needs with care, confidence and professionalism.
- Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
- Share recommendations and knowledge of the local community.
- Support holiday events and other memorable in-store experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- A passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma.
