Holt Renfrew is seeking a Seasonal Concierge in Vancouver for Holiday 2026 to welcome clients, respond to inquiries, provide store and community guidance, process gift cards and support seasonal events. The role offers $18–$20 CAD per hour and requires flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional level of service.
- Serve as a trusted resource on store information, products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Resolve client needs with care, confidence and professionalism.
- Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
- Share recommendations and knowledge of the local community.
- Support holiday events and other memorable in-store experiences.

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
