Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers and introduce them to the Food Pop Up experience
- Offer food samples and articulate product knowledge in an approachable, engaging manner
- Recommend food and beverage selections based on customer preferences and occasions
- Drive sales conversion and create excitement around products through persuasive selling
- Deliver elevated, personalized service throughout each customer interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented Food Pop Up environment
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Support additional store and operational requirements during the seasonal period
- Provide flexible support to the café operation as needed
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable and confident approaching and engaging customers
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about and recommend food and premium products
- Demonstrated collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Genuine interest in food, luxury, hospitality, or premium product categories
Skills
Experience
Sales experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is preferred. Experience in luxury retail or premium product environments is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further culinary, hospitality, or retail certifications are not required but are advantageous.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 20 per hour.
