Holt Renfrew is hiring a Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate in Toronto to prepare and ship accurate client orders, process returns, and support store teams during the Holiday 2026 season. This seasonal role runs from as early as November 2026 through January 2027, with flexible hours of up to 39 per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, prepare, package, and ship client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritize orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before shipping.
- Process and update orders across fulfillment systems.
- Receive and process client returns.
- Keep orders organized, secure, and ready for delivery.
- Maintain wrapping, packing, and shipping supplies.
- Work alongside store teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
