Role & Responsibilities
- Create extraordinary experiences for every client through exceptional service and personal attention
- Build and grow lasting client relationships and maintain client engagement
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and key performance metrics
- Share product and style expertise with clients, providing tailored recommendations
- Stay current with product knowledge and brand education

Skills
Experience
Previous retail or sales experience, particularly in a luxury or fashion environment, is preferred. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent. Additional training in fashion, luxury retail or customer service is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 20 per hour.
