Hour Passion seeks Full-Time Sales Associate in Richmond, BC. $17.90/hr base + performance bonus. POS experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude whilst achieving and exceeding sales targets through outstanding product knowledge
- Support daily operations including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Maintain store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proven experience working with POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion and/or accessories sector. Demonstrated proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and a track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
Education
