Hour Passion seeks a part-time Sales Associate at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond, BC. Starting at $17.90/hr plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales and returns, manage inventory, and adhere to operational policies and procedures
- Maintain store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with health and safety protocols
- Support cash management and POS system operations with accuracy and focus
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays
