The Assistant Store Manager at HUGO BOSS in Sainte-Foy leads the team, drives sales and profitability, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and oversees store operations and Health & Safety. This is a full-time, unlimited-term role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to create a positive brand impression and support profitable store operations.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, support the merchant group and solve operational problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in achieving sales and profit goals, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client-base development and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and store policies are implemented.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, support store management in this area and empower staff to maintain high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

Experience
1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
