The Key Holder at HUGO BOSS supports store operations, sales and inventory performance, staff development, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. This is a temporary, full-time role with flexible scheduling and varied hours and days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to convey a positive brand impression.
- Support operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, building a client base, and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and empower store staff to uphold high standards in support of store management.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise using computer and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience
2–3 years of specialty retail management experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
