The Key Holder represents HUGO BOSS through customer service, relationship selling, merchandise presentation and store operations, including sales transactions, cash accountability and loss prevention. This is a full-time, unlimited-term role at the BOSS Store in Chinook Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through merchandise presentations and operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Use effective communication to provide exceptional customer service, support business with the merchant group and resolve problems.
- Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
