The Key Holder represents HUGO BOSS at the BOSS Outlet in Ottawa, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building client relationships and achieving personal sales results. The role also supports merchandising, store operations, community engagement and loss prevention; it is a full-time, unlimited-term position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively to drive business with the merchant group and resolve problems.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountability at point-of-sale registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures and practices, including signage, pricing and loss prevention.
- Represent HUGO BOSS positively in the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
