The Keyholder represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional client service, merchandise presentation and store operations, supporting sales and positive operating results. The role covers opening and closing, cash handling, stock processing, visual merchandising, store standards, and health and safety responsibilities at the BOSS store in Laval. Full-time, unlimited contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through engaging merchandise presentations and operational execution that supports positive operating profits.
- Work scheduled opening and closing shifts.
- Follow opening and closing cash-handling policies and procedures; complete opening and closing StorIQ checklists.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming it; ensure it is functioning, troubleshoot issues and escalate them as needed.
- Oversee janitorial services and deliveries as needed.
- Identify problems with working conditions and share them with management.
- Process returns, exchanges, discounts and promotions at the POS as needed.
- Process shipments and inter-store transfers.
- Execute markdowns as needed.
- Merchandise and replenish products as needed.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain strong communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.
- Understand, communicate and execute all store operations policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met and related documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Deliver exceptional client service, with a focus on sales and service.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability for early and late shifts, as well as weekends.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly nature.
