The Keyholder represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional client service, merchandise presentation and store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, shipments, visual merchandising and health and safety. This is a full-time, unlimited-term position requiring availability for early and late shifts and weekends; benefits include commission, health and wellness benefits, earned vacation and sick time, company-paid holidays and an employee discount.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through compelling merchandise presentations and operational execution.
- Work scheduled opening or closing shifts.
- Follow opening and closing cash-handling policies and procedures; complete opening and closing StorIQ checklists.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming it; ensure it is functioning, troubleshoot issues and escalate them as needed.
- Oversee janitorial services and deliveries as needed.
- Identify problems with working conditions and share them with management.
- Process returns, exchanges and discounts or promotions at the point of sale as needed.
- Process shipments and inter-store transfers.
- Execute markdowns as needed.
- Merchandise and replenish products as needed.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain strong communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.
- Understand, communicate and execute all store operations policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met and related documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Provide exceptional client service, with a focus on driving sales and service.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability for early and late shifts and weekends.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Professional demeanour and a friendly nature.
