Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through merchandise presentations and operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Train and develop staff, deliver customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
• Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through store management and staff meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
• Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met, support staff in maintaining high standards, and maintain health and safety documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise using a computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

Experience

2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
