Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through merchandise presentation and operational execution.
• Train and develop staff, communicate effectively, serve customers, support the merchant group and resolve problems.
• Lead the team in driving sales, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits.
• Monitor performance, provide direction and take corrective action when needed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
• Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
• Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met, empower store staff to uphold high standards and support store management in this area.
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure health and safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical and leadership skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise using computer and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

Experience

2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
