The Retail Supervisor at HUGO BOSS’s HUGO Outlet in Vaughan leads store operations and team performance, supports sales and inventory control, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. The role is part-time and includes staff development, recruitment, compliance and Health and Safety oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to convey a positive brand impression.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, support business with the merchant group and resolve operational issues.
- Lead the team to support sales, manage profit and loss, and control inventory.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits.
- Monitor performance, provide direction and take corrective action when needed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, support staff in maintaining high standards and assist store management in this area.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise using computer and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
