The Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS at its Guildford store in Surrey, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building client relationships, driving personal sales, and supporting merchandising and store operations. This is a part-time, unlimited-term role with flexible scheduling and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, the merchant group, and colleagues to drive business and resolve issues.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of products, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Work varied hours and days as business needs dictate.
- Represent HUGO BOSS positively in the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Experience
2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
