Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations in makeup application, skincare, haircare, or fragrance, educating and delighting customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to distinguish the store from competitors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred; applicants with beginner-level experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
