Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily efficient running of the boutique
- Lead and mentor sales team members through example, modeling service excellence and brand authenticity
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and register balancing
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet all sales and service targets
- Coach team members to achieve sales objectives and customer service standards

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
