As a Beauty Advisor at Le Labo, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will create impact through in-store events whilst maintaining the brand's elevated visual merchandising standards and competitive distinction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
• Educate clients on Le Labo products and applications through expert makeup consultation and artistry
• Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
• Maintain the store environment to the brand's high visual merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale software and complete transactions accurately
• Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry or retail beauty experience (professional certification or amateur-level experience both considered)
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Skills

Experience

While formal certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the company welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and exceptional customer service capabilities.

Education

Professional certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required; applicants with demonstrated creative expertise at any level are encouraged to apply.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 26 per hour.
