Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Perform cash reconciliation and financial duties at opening and closing of store shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotating schedule, executing all required operational protocols
- Drive achievement of sales targets and customer service objectives within the team
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to retail clientele
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proficiency in cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures
- Comfort with retail operations including store opening and closing protocols
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or beauty sectors. Prior supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable. Familiarity with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
