Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house team involved in operational duties and merchandise logistics, providing coaching and feedback for professional development
- Partner with team members and leaders to ensure inventory replenishments align with sales potential
- Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes including accurate shipment and transfer processing
- Oversee movement of merchandise from back-of-house to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts according to corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies
- Perform regular audits to verify product conditions and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with Store Manager on performance management, providing constructive feedback to team members
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales operations
- Manage reservations and consignments according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational management experience in luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of operations and inventory control
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
