Louis Vuitton seeks a commercially minded Retail Operations Manager for its Yorkdale Mall store in Toronto. The role supports the Store Director, leads and develops the team, drives operational performance and client service, and oversees inventory, facilities, systems and client deliveries. Permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Improve business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management.
- Coordinate with Client Care team members to manage the flow of repairs and achieve after-sales performance metrics.
- Manage inventory and the shipping and receiving lifecycle efficiently, securely and in an organized manner.
- Guide and train store teams on operational processes and company compliance directives.
- Support store-facility maintenance in collaboration with management.
- Maintain the organization of all back-of-house areas and provide on-site technological support.
- Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.
- Encourage collaboration within the team and with managers to foster a positive work environment.
- Uphold high standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and lead the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting and delivery support.
- Lead and develop the team, deliver service excellence, oversee store facilities and systems, inventory, financial matters, policies and procedures, and Client Care and alterations when applicable.
- Selling and sales-floor management may also be included.
