Louis Vuitton seeks a dynamic, hardworking Seasonal Host to welcome its international clientele at Royalmount in Montreal during the holiday season. The host will serve as the first point of contact, guide clients to appropriate departments, build genuine relationships, and coordinate appointments and in-store events; the role is part-time and pays CAD 22–23 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and integrity, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate departments and product universes.
- Set the tone for the client’s in-store experience as the first point of contact.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and deliver an experience aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team and the wider store team to provide a seamless client journey.
- Manage the daily store calendar, including client appointments, events, and the waitlist.
- Provide customer service.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in developing a career in luxury retail and providing personalized advice.
