MAC Beauty Advisor part-time position in Brampton, ON. Provide expert makeup artistry and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to provide personalized, consultative beauty services to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand offerings to drive sales and loyalty
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and complete transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store displays to ensure competitive brand presentation
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Support inventory management and stock organization on the sales floor
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise (amateur level or certified makeup artistry preferred)
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software or systems
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment
Skills
Experience
No specific years of experience required; however, previous retail makeup experience or makeup artistry certification is desirable. Amateur-level makeup experience combined with strong customer service aptitude is welcomed.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or formal training is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.

This position is based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 18.50 per hour.
