MAC (Estée Lauder) seeks experienced Beauty Advisor freelancers in Windsor, ON for on-call makeup and skincare consultations in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance consultations, and hair guidance tailored to individual customer needs
- Deliver personalized, authentic, and inspirational customer service that educates and delights clients
- Maintain and enhance store visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation
- Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty consultations
- Proven capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Retail experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level expertise in beauty or skincare combined with strong creative and technical acumen will be considered. Previous retail makeup experience or certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not essential.
Education
