Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized in-store beauty consultations encompassing makeup application, skincare advice, hair care, and fragrance recommendations
- Educate customers on prestige beauty products and brand heritage to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation to differentiate the MAC counter
- Collaborate with team members to execute impactful in-store events and promotions
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Creative and technical expertise in makeup application, skincare, hair, or fragrance consultation
- Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Retail experience preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level expertise demonstrating high creative and technical ability are welcome to apply.
Education
While formal makeup artistry certification is desirable, it is not required; candidates with equivalent demonstrated expertise are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.75 to USD 28.55 per hour.
